At Gajban Creation, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully, as it applies specifically to our handmade jewelry items.
Important Notice
Returns: We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before delivery.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was sent.
To initiate a return: Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide an unboxing video/picture within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Since all our earrings are handmade & customized, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Wear & tear
- Size issues (except for defective sizing)
For size-related issues with studs, hooks, or chains, please refer to our Exchange Policy.
Sale/Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for return.
Return Process
If your return is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged/wrong item at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
Return Requirements
For approved returns, please ensure:
- Item is in its original packaging
- All original tags and labels are attached
- Item shows clear evidence of damage during delivery
- Unboxing video/picture is provided as proof
Claims for Damaged or Defective Products
Unboxing Video Required for Claims: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video. This video will be required for any claim related to product damage.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
