Refunds

Refunds are available only if the product is damaged during delivery or wrong item was sent.

To claim a refund: Please share an unboxing video/picture within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

Exchange is possible for defective items or size mismatch (studs, hooks, chains etc.).

Important: Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Since all earrings are handmade & customized, we cannot offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Color preference
Wear & tear

Processing Time

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Sale/Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for refund or exchange.
